By placing a booking with us you and your party agree to the following terms and conditions as set out below. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch before booking.

  • To place a booking the lead guest must be aged 18 years or over.

  • Rate per week is £450 April to October and £400 November to March. The price is inclusive of all linen, towels, electricity and WiFi.

  • Normal letting period is Friday to Friday but we can be flexible out with the peak summer months.

  • Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

  • A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking with the balance due 4 weeks before your holiday.

  • On the day of arrival the house will be available from 1530 hrs and should be vacated by 1100 hrs on day of departure.

  • Please ensure the house is left as you find it, ie clean and tidy, and report any breakages or problems before departure.

  • Absolutely no smoking anywhere inside the property.

  • All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of other guests and neighbors. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if this agreement is not being honored.

  • We do not accept any responsibility for disruption to your holiday due to bad weather. We recommend you have valid travel insurance.

  • If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday please let us know as soon as possible. either by email or phone. If the week can be re-let we will refund your payment minus the deposit. If the week is not re-let, depending on the reason for cancellation, we will refund 50% of your payment minus the deposit.
